A marketplace for variance.

Variance Vault is a house-banked variance exchange on HyperEVM — a single, permissionless pool that sits between two kinds of people: those who want variance (players, chasing upside) and those who want expectancy (liquidity providers, earning the edge). Payouts are mechanically transparent, the house edge is enforced on-chain, and every round is verifiable from chain state alone.

Status

Live on testnet today.

The full game-tree engine — author any single-player game of pure chance, register it permissionlessly, play it, and verify each round on-chain — is live on HyperEVM testnet right now, with free testnet money. It is deliberately barebones and moving fast; what you see is an early look at the surface the mainnet protocol will carry.

The game-tree vault this SDK targets is on testnet first; the mainnet deploy lands with the protocol's upgrade. Build and play the whole flow now, for free, at testnet.variancevault.xyz/docs.

The idea

Better EV, on both sides.

A casino keeps its edge opaque and its RNG unauditable. A prediction market charges a spread and needs a counterparty. Variance Vault collapses both into one primitive: a permissionless pool that quotes any game of chance at a known, minimal edge, pays out by rules the contract itself checks, and lets the LPs on the other side earn that edge as yield. Players get better expected value than any casino; LPs get a transparent, house-banked return. No operator sits in the middle deciding who wins.
